一、全部倒裝 Full Inversion

　　1.in，out，up/down，bang，away 方位副詞或擬聲詞放句首，而且謂語動詞是表示動作的不及物動詞，要用全部倒裝。

　　如：Bang went the firecracker

　　In came the girls，singing and talking.

　　Following a roar, out rushed a tiger from among the bushes.

　　2.here，there，then，such，now 放句首，謂語動詞是be，come，go，要用全部倒裝

　　如：Here comes the bus.

　　Now comes your turn.

　　When Greek meets Greek，then comes the tug of war.

　　※主語為人稱代詞，不倒裝

　　如：Here comes Mr.Lee. Here he comes.

　　Away went the students. Away they went.

　　3.so/neither/nor 引導的省略句

　　如：My father is an engineer, so is my brother.

　　Tom does not like bananas，neither/nor does his wife.

　　4.系表結構主語過長、強調表語、上下文銜接緊密、→表語adj/V-ed、+be + subject

　　如：Present at the meeting were President Liu，Professor Wang,, Professor Zhang and others.

　　Gone forever are the days when the Chinese people had to use foreign oil.

　　二、部分倒裝 Partial Inversion

　　1.否定詞 never, seldom，not，hardly，scarcely, rarely, little 位于句首，部分倒裝

　　如：Not once has he failed to keep his promise.

　　Seldom did we know what had happened.

　　※Scarcely，hardly 修飾主語或是主語的一部分不用倒裝

　　Scarcely a drop of rain fell last month.

　　2.on no account/consideration，in no case/sense/way, by no means.under no circumstances，at no time 表”決不”短語位于句首，部分倒裝

　　如：On no account are visitors allowed to touch the exhibits.

　　Under no circumstances will China be a superpower.
