考研英語書信寫作中辭職信的寫作方法和道歉信有著異曲同工之處。辭職信的目的也是向收信人表明歉意，請求對方諒解自己的離開。辭職信通常包括以下內容：表示歉意;表明離開的理由。

　　寫辭職信的語言要誠摯，解釋的理由要真實，不要顯出絲毫的虛情假意。好的辭職信不僅會取得對方的理解，還會增進彼此的感情，為以后可能的合作打下堅實的基礎。在寫作過程中，一定要盡可能提供比較合理的理由。
