　　Dear Professor Smith,

　　As your student, I am writing this letter for the purpose of explaining my plan to you in terms of city traffic. I would like to present what I think on this matter.

　　My plan includes the following three aspects.First of all, I 'd like to suggest that it is of great importance for students to conduct the debate on the theme of city traffic. The discussion will contribute to relieving the traffic stress and will be beneficial to our daily life. In the second place, in my opinion, this debate will be held in the Lecture Hall from 9:00 to 12:00on November 1st. Last but not least, there is no doubt that the students should discuss in English.
