十一、備忘錄

備忘錄有約定俗成的結構和格式，一般由五個部分組成：

To: 收文人

From: 發文人

Date: 日期

Subject: 事由，內容只需要用名詞或動名詞等少數幾個詞，甚至一個詞做簡略陳述。

Message: 正文，直入主題，列出最重要的信息或結論。

備忘錄的內容有如新聞寫作，需要包括以下幾個要素：誰，什么，何時，何地，為什么。備忘錄有可能是通知，也可能是呼吁人們參加某個活動或采取某個行動。注意：備忘錄的收文人只要寫全名即可，無需稱呼語，結尾處也不需要結束語和簽名。
