　　35 Study the following pictures carefully and write an essay in which you should:

　　1. describe the picture;

　　2. interpret the meaning of the picture;

　　3. make your comment.

　　這篇文章可分為四段來寫。第一段是描述圖畫,第二段和第三段是對現象的解釋和評述。第四段是結語。The picture demonstrates three winners of a game on the platform: the runner�瞮p is obviously unhappy about the result and thinks that he might have beaten the opponent and be the final champion with a little bit more luck, but the bronze medalist is quite content with the result and believes that he might not have a place on the presentation stage at all.

　　This drawing sets me thinking for a long time—it so vividly reflects the subtle changes of human beings under a particular situation. Every athlete wants to have an excellent performance in an important game, but the final result is determined by the combination of various factors. Compared with the final award, the more important element may be our attitude toward the game and life as a whole.

　　When a person decides to be a professional player and devote himself to his beloved sport, is it possible for him to look beyond game results and at something more significant and more beautiful? Not everybody can be the champion, but everybody has the chance to demonstrate the confidence to be swifter, higher, stronger and the determination to conquer difficulties, surpass himself and hold on to the top.

　　On the life road, many happenings also follow the same principle. To have a good job and a harmonious family is admirable, but what is of vital importance is the demonstration of human virtues including bravery, responsibility and perseverance. 第一段是對圖畫的描述。

　　第二段分三句說。第一句說該圖讓我深思良久——它生動地反映了人在特定情形下的微妙變化。的確，圖畫的場景選擇非常精妙，且包含了對比的特征。第二句說每個運動員都想在重要比賽中取得優異成績，但是最終結果是由多種因素決定的。第三句說與最終的獎項相比，對待比賽與人生的態度更重要。

　　第三段分為兩句話。第一句說當一個人決定成為職業選手而獻身所熱愛的體育運動時，他可以超越分數，看到更重要更美麗的東西嗎？第二句說，不是每個人都能獲得成功，但每一個人都會有機會展示更快、更高、更強的信心和戰勝困難、超越自我、堅持不懈的決心。

　　第四段分兩句講。首先講在人生的道路上，許多事情的道理是相同的。第二句講，在人生道路上，擁有好工作與和諧家庭值得羨慕，但至關重要的是展示人類的勇敢、責任與毅力等優點。文章第二段與第三段意思層遞，第四段也直接呼應了第三段，這種層層推進的方式請大家借鑒。
