　　9 Study the following drawing carefully and write an essay in which you should:

　　3. make your comment.

　　該文可分三段來寫。第一段描述圖畫。第二段分析了該現象產生的原因。第三段談了解決問題的辦法。這種結構安排相當常見。In the picture presented to us, a mobile phone, drowned in piles and piles of garbage messages, is crying for help. It is more than clear that the drawer wishes every one of us to pay more attention to this increasingly serious social problem.

　　First of all, with the number of mobile phone owners soaring, more and more people, especially merchants, consider sending messages as a quick and convenient way to capture potential customers. In the second place, with the development of modern technology, sending a message to a large group of people has become easy to non�瞤rofessionals with the help of a small machine. Thirdly, the discrepancy between gains and losses has become so great. It is not easy to find the sender as he may be in a faraway place or even in a foreign country. Even if we catch him, the punishment is often negligible as it is difficult for us to prove that serious consequences have been brought out. On the contrary, if one percent of the receivers buy the products or accept the service, the sender will reap great profits. It is more than worrying for us to find that some senders actually have connections with the service providers.

　　In my belief, the elimination of this annoying problem is certainly difficult but not impossible. To begin with, the service providers should first regulate themselves to create a clean environment and then improve the technology to find out those senders instantly. Moreover, receivers of such messages should join in the effort by reporting quickly to the authorities. Third, we should establish related laws and regulations as soon as possible—once such senders are caught, we should punish them as seriously as possible. Only in this way can we solve this problem and protect the rights of common users.第一段首句描述圖畫，第二句是個過渡句。前面的描述如果只有一句話，這里使用過渡句的概率就較高。同時如果這里沒有過渡句，第二句開始的統領句就不可缺少。

　　第二段分三點來講垃圾短信產生的原因。首先短信是捕獲潛在客戶的快捷辦法。其次，大量發送已非難事。第三，得失的差距太大。發送人不易被找到；即使找到發送者，通常處罰也很輕。但是即使只有1%的人購買產品或接受服務，發送信息者都會獲得豐厚利潤。

　　第三段的首句是該段的統領句。先講了運營商的自律。而后講了收信人應及時舉報。最后講了立法的重要性。最后一句是結語。大作文的寫作正處在由社會現象到人生哲理轉變的階段，大家既要熟悉各種社會熱點問題，又要有一定的總結、提煉、升華的能力。為了做好這方面的準備，養成寫作與思考的好習慣是非常有必要的。可以將所有自己能收集到的題目先簡單分為教育問題、社會現象和人生哲理三大類，然后選取一部分進行范文的細讀、深度的思考和模仿性寫作，另一部分只進行構思和總體安排，后期可直接進行口練。堅持不懈，必有長足進步。

　　文中的話題是身邊常發生的事件，如果進行過相關的思考，即使沒有寫過，也會在緊張的考試中占盡先機。如果平時養成了思考的習慣，即使沒有想過這個問題，也會毫不慌亂，游刃有余。
