投訴信

　　寫作“三步曲”：自我介紹，交代投訴內(nèi)容，表明本信的目的和要求→說明情況，講清利害，分析利弊。告訴對方你因此受到的傷害或不便，提出解決問題的建議，表明希望如何處理→表達希望問題得到迅速恰當解決的強烈愿望，希望盡快得到滿意的答復。

　　恕我冒昧，我寫信是想告訴你……

　　2、One annoying aspect of your service is…

　　你們服務中不盡人意的地方是……

　　3、I am writing this letter to tell you how disappointed I have been with the after-sale service at your shop.

　　我寫信是想告訴貴店，我對你們的售后服務非常失望。

　　4、I would like to draw your attention to the problem…

　　希望引起貴方對……問題的注意。

　　5、I am writing to inform you that I find…unsatisfactory/I am dissatisfied with your…

　　我寫信是為了告訴你我非常不滿意……

　　6、I trust you will take my complaints seriously and…

　　相信貴方會認真對待我的投訴，并且……

　　7、I hope you will give due attention to this matter.

　　希望貴方能對此事給予足夠重視。

　　8、I would be very grateful of you could look into the matter as soon as possible. And I am looking forward to an early reply.

　　如果貴方能盡快調(diào)查此事，我將萬分感激。望早日做出答復。

　　9、I am not blaming anyone, but…

　　我不是指責某個人，但是……

　　10、I am sure this is a rare problem.

　　我相信這類問題不會經(jīng)常發(fā)生。
