　　寫作“三步走”：申請的具體內容和緣由→自己的情況和條件→提出要求，如回信、面試等等。

　　注意：

　　第一，語氣要誠摯友好千萬不要表現出強求的意思;第二，對于申請的內容和原因一定要寫得非常清楚;第三，盡管不能表現出強求的意思，但是期望得到的心情一定要表達出來。

　　◆常用句式

　　1、I beg to apply for…　　特此申請……

　　2、I would like to apply for admission to your college.　　我想申請進入貴校。

　　3、I am very much interested in going abroad to obtain an advanced degree in the field of…

　　我對出國留學攻讀……學位很感興趣。

　　4、I shall be mush obliged if you will be so kind as to help me accomplish my long-cherished wish.

　　如果您能幫我實現這一夢寐以求的愿望，本人將不勝感激。

　　5、I should be very much obliged if you could grant my application.

　　如果能批準我的申請，我將萬分感謝。

　　6、Thank you again for you time on this matter.

　　再次感謝您抽出時間處理這件事。

　　7、I would like to thank you for your generous help in this matter.

　　多謝您在這件事上慷慨相助。

　　8、Please make the arrangement at your earliest convenience.

　　如果方便，請您盡快安排此事。

　　9、Thanks in advance for your prompt attention.　　先行感謝您及時的關注。

　　10、Thank you for your consideration and I am looking forward to an early reply.

　　多謝您的關注，希望盡早得到您的回復。
