E類：文化教育話題

　　此類題目最近的題源是2012年考研"文化火鍋";2013年6月15日的四級考試考察了"閱讀文學的重要性"的話題;信息時代改變了很多東西，其中之一就是文化。文化現象在當代中國是永恒的話題;而且，話題可能集中于負面現象：文化流失。目前，國內各大電視臺最火爆的節目，有"漢字拼寫大賽"、"成語英雄"等，針對的都是中國人國語、中國傳統文化話題;另外，2013年北京市高考改革，加大語文分值;算盤成為中國第30項非物質文化遺產等，都緊密和文化相關，因此，此類題目考生應該予以重視。

　　Topic 9：The loss of traditional culture 傳統文化流失

　　From the cartoon given above, we can observe that there are two people watching Peking Opera. With the actress playing vividly on thestage, the old man is watching attentively. However, the little boy sitting beside does not even cast a glance at the actress and falls sleepy. It isobvious that he shows no interest in Peking Opera.

　　The cartoon reflects an interesting and common aspect in our daily life. However, from a deeper perspective, it also reveals the gradual loss of traditional culture in modern society. What exactly contribute to this phenomenon ? Possible reasons could be listed as follows: for one thing, quitea few people, especially youngsters, hold that Chinese traditional culture is out-dated and of little use in modern society. Perhaps, from their perspectives,traditional culture form the distant past can hardly adapt to or keep pace with the ever-changing new world. Moreover, exotic cultures, to some extent, have also posed a great challenge to the traditional culture of China. As we can see, a large body of people have been attracted by foreign cultures which feature diversity, novelty and richness-Crazy fans of foreign TV programs, electronic products or even ways of life abound in our daily life.

　　However, no one can deny the signficance of Chinesetraditional cultre. It is the crystallization of Chinese wisdom and civilization. An individual or nation showing no respect to the essence oftraditional culture cannot be expected to develop and be stronger. Hence, something could and should be done to reverse the inexorable decline in the emphasis of Chinese traditional culture. (263)

　　如上圖所示，我們可以看到有兩個人正在看京劇。當女演員生動地在舞臺上表演，老者專心致志地看著。然而，坐在邊上的小男孩甚至都沒有瞥一眼女演員并且睡著了。很明顯，他對京劇沒有什么興趣。

　　這幅圖畫反應了日常生活中有趣而又平常的一面。然而，從更為深層的角度來看，它也揭示了現代社會中的傳統文化的流失。是什么導致了這個現象?是什么導致了這個現象?可能的理由可以羅列如下：首先，相當多的人，尤其是年輕人，認為中國傳統文化在現代社會中過時而且沒有什么用了。也許，在他們看來，來自遙遠的過去的傳統文化幾乎是不能適應和跟得上持續變化的新世界的。再者，外來文化也在某種程度上對傳統文化造成了巨大的威脅。正如我們所能看見的，相當多的人已經被以多樣性、新穎性和豐富性為特征的國外文化吸引了- 對國外電視節目，電子產品甚至是生活方式狂熱的粉絲在我們生活中比比皆是。

　　然而，沒有人可以否認傳統文化的重要性。它是中國智慧和文明的結晶。一個不尊重傳統文化的精髓的民族和個人是無法發展和強大的。因此，我們可以也應該做一些事情，來扭轉現在人們對中國傳統文化的重視的不可遏制的下降。

They hold that, compared with long contents such as literature, these short ones are more convenient and time-saving. What they are fascinated with are the things related to high fashion, curiosity or novelty.

　　However, no one can disclaim the importance of reading literature. It enables people to enrich their knowledge and expand their horizons. Moreover, reading literature also inspires people tothink critically and independently. Last but not least, by spending time in reading literature, we can also develop and perfect human personality such as being patient and optimistic. Hence, why not just get out of the reality temporarily and spend some time on literature ? (244 words)

　　這幅漫畫告訴我們一個現象，那就是，相當多的學生，或者是年輕人如今都不太樂意閱讀文學作品。隨著諸如微博、手機和QQ這樣的互聯網或電子通訊工具變得越來越普及，大多數的人更加適應于閱讀短小的信息內容。他們認為，比起文學這樣的長篇內容，這些短小內容更加方便和省時。再者，相當多的學生拒絕閱讀文學作品是因為他們認為文學作品非常枯燥，并且在現代社會用處很小。他們著迷的是那些于時尚、新奇和新穎相關的事物。

　　然而，我們不能否認閱讀文學作品的重要性。它能使我們豐富知識，拓寬視野。而且，閱讀文學作品可以激發我們批判性地、獨立性地思考問題。最后，通過花時間在閱讀文學作品上，我們也可以發展和完善我們的人格，比如變得有耐心、樂觀。因此，我們威懾么不可以暫時的遠離現實而花一些時間在文學上呢?

　　特別提示：那天，突發奇想，會不會考一個"人才流失-月亮還是外國的圓"這個話題?完全沒有理性根據的預測，只是憑借直覺(instinct)的猜想;這道題目，也建議考生建議模仿"傳統文化流失"的模式，進行寫作。人才流失叫做"brain drain，直譯'大腦流出'";論述原因的時候，可以從：一、很多出國留學的學生認為國外的就業形勢更加理想，薪資更加豐厚，生活更加多元;二、他們認為國外的發展空間更大，而且對下一代而言，有更好的教育環境。最后一段，可以寫：國外在很多方面確實超過了國內，然而，一個人也不能忘記自己的祖國。只要個人努力，不管在那片土壤上，都可以獲得成功，過上幸福的生活。(就當翻譯試試吧。)

　　個人覺得這幅圖畫挺有意思的，可以提現出"人才流失"的味道，純屬娛樂哈!

　　F類：公德話題

　　此類題目最近的題源是1998年"母雞下蛋"，論述商業領域過度承諾或者誠信缺失話題;此后，就未曾考察;當今社會，人情冷漠、"見老不扶"等現象多啊，也都提現了"人情冷，社會公德下滑"這一主題。是超級熱點，卻一直不考，因此考生也得準備。

　　Topic 10：The loss of social morality 社會公德流失

　　From the cartoon given above，we can observe that there are many people in a bus. When seeing that an elder man is entering into the bus, the old man near the seat just stands up instantly, saying" please have a seat here" and offers his seat to the elder one. However, all of the other people around,young and healty, show no intention of giving seats to the old and infirm man.

　　The cartoon aims at informing us of the phenomenon of the gradual loss of social morality. Quite a few people today are selfish and egocentric. when putting self-interest in the first place, they tend to overlook others' benefit or feelings and become nonchalant. Moreover, this phenomenon can also be attributed to people's concern that their social morality, which canbe best expressed through kindness, hospitality and warm-hearted behaviors,will sometimes invite unnecessary trouble.

　　However，no one can deny the importance of social morality. It is conducive to the harmony of society, people with the awareness of social morality are more likely to provide others with a helping hand, endeavor to abide by social orders and curb on their undesirable behaviors. Confronted with the inexorable decline in the emphasis of social ethics, The authorities should launch a large-scale educational campaign to create an atmosphere of respecting social ethics. Coinciding with this move, we ourselves should also enhance the consciousness of it. (241words)

　　根據上面所給的這幅漫畫，我們看到有很多人在bus上。當看到有個老者正進入車子，一旁的老人馬上站了起來，并說："請坐我的位置"然后把座位讓了出來。然而，周圍其余的所有人，他們年輕而且健康，卻沒有顯示出任何想要給這位年長且虛弱的老人讓位的想法。

　　這幅漫畫旨在告訴我們一個現象，關于社會公德的逐漸缺失。現在相當多的人都很自私，以自我為中心。而當把自己的個人利益放在首位的時候，他們往往就會忽略別人的利益和感受并且變得冷漠。再者，這個現象也可以歸因于人們的某種擔心，他們擔心通過友善、熱忱和熱心的行為而得到良好展示的社會公德心，有些時候反倒會給他們帶來不必要的麻煩。

　　然而，沒有人可以忽略社會公德的重要性。它有利于社會和諧，擁有社會公德意識的人們更有可能為別人提供援助之手，努力地遵守社會規則并且約束自己的不良行為。面對對社會公德的重要性的不可抑制的下滑，政府應該開展大規模的教育運動來營造出一種尊重社會公德的氛圍。與此同時，我們自己也應該提高意識。

　　特別提示：鑒于篇幅所限，也不列舉類似的話題，包括：產品質量下滑(the quality decline of products),

　　食品安全問題(food security)，假冒偽劣產品(fake and inferior products)，酒后駕駛(drunken driving)以及學術抄襲與作弊(academic plagiarism/ cheating此題在《英語(二)dian點睛十篇范文》最后一篇已經涉略，可以去看看),盜版現象(piracy)。

　　這類話題比較辛辣，刺激得很，過于敏感，個人愚見，命題可能性不是非常大。不過到底會不會考，只待2014年1月4日考完才可蓋棺定論。

　　1.以上話題，標注"Topic+數字"的范文，可以背誦，至少熟讀，摘抄里面的表達、單詞和論據;

　　建議考生用黑色的、0.5mm或者0.7mm的水性筆、簽字筆答題;字不要寫的過小、過細，寫大，寫粗，方便閱卷。
