　　In practice,however,people often neglect environmental protection while developing economy.For instance,in enlarging their production,many factories directly discharge their waste water into rivers and poisonous gas into air.And in exploiting natural resources,people cut down forests recklessly.All these follies will destroy the ecological balance,and give rise to disastrous consequences such as drought and floods.
