九 建議信 (A Letter of Advice)

　　建議信是對收信人就某一問題提出看法、建議或忠告。建議信不同于投訴信，所以寫信人一定要注意禮貌當先。建議信一般包括以下內(nèi)容：首先說明寫信的目的，其次，在肯定優(yōu)點的基礎上提出自己的建議或看法(否則別人以為你在投訴，而不是在提建議)，最后表達希望采納建議。

　　寫作“三步走”：自我介紹、說明目的->委婉地提出建議及改進措施，或提出忠告->禮貌地總結(jié)或期盼回復

　　提示：提建議畢竟不是投訴，所以語言一定要委婉、禮貌，顧及他人感情。在提出缺點之前，最好先肯定其優(yōu)點。
