一、申請信

1、申請信主要用于求職或求學,目的是要對方充分了解自己的目的和資格.因此,申請信必須簡明扼要,突出重點.申請信可以是針對招聘廣告寫的,也可以市直接遞交給某個單位的.申請信要求語言規范,信息正式,既不能夸張,也不必過于謙虛.申請信的結構一般包括:申請目標,自述理由,介紹資格,請求面試和期待回音等. 語言注意點申請信開篇應點明主題，語言簡練。接著說明做此申請的原因，即自己所具備的申請條件，這一部分需重點明確，論述充分。最后請求回復并表示感謝時，應采用禮貌、誠懇的措辭。
