二、請求信
1、請求信是對收信人提出請求，并希望對方滿足該要求。寫請求信的重點是要寫清楚為什么要請求他人做某事，請求他人做某事的原因。
寫請求信時首先要說明寫作意圖，一定要注意語氣要禮貌，用詞要規范；然后具體展開說明請求的原因；最后表示希望對方予以答復。
2、正文主要有3個部分：
（1）介紹自己、提出請求
（2）說明原因及其它事項
（3）表達謝意、期盼答復
