六、建議信
1、建議信是對收信人就某一問題提出看法、建議或忠告。建議信不同于投訴信，所以寫信人一定要注意禮貌當先。建議信一般包括以下內容：首先說明寫信的目的，其次，在肯定優(yōu)點的基礎上提出自己的建議或看法（否則別人以為你在投訴，而不是在提建議），最后表達希望采納建議。
2、正文主要有3個部分
（1）自我介紹、說明目的
（2）委婉地提出建議及改進措施，或提出忠告
（3）禮貌地總結或期盼回復

I am a reader who is very much interested in your magazine English Learning. I have read your magazine for about three years, I find it becomes better and better. I learn a lot from it, and my favorite section is World News, which contains the latest news. Very useful, I should say. I have never found any mistake in it before, however, yesterday I found a mistake which is obviously wrong. You conclude Australia not Canada into the G8 in your magazine. I hope the mistake can be corrected soon, and wish your magazine becomes more and more excellent!
