七、辭職信
1、辭職信是希望卸任或放棄某份工作的書面陳述。 寫辭職信時要說明辭職原因，有時需說明離開的時間以給對方一個物色接替人選的時間，以免給所在單位造成不必要的麻煩。然后還要感謝對方曾經給過自己這樣的工作機會。在寫作辭職信的時候語氣一定要誠懇，尤其是要表達遺憾的心情，同時對于原雇主曾經給自己的這份工作機會表達感激之情。
2、正文主要有3個部分
（1）簡單說明辭職的請求
（2）具體說明想要辭職的原因，表示遺憾或感謝
（3）希望對方同意辭呈

4、常用表達

Sample
Directions：Write a letter to resign your job which you got last month, Write your letter about 100 words, Do not sign your own name at the end of the letter. Use “Wang Fen ” instead. You do not need to write the address.

也就是說自己的才能沒有用上
(3)再次表明辭職的意向及辭職給公司造成的不便表示抱歉
