五、介紹信
1、介紹信是介紹本單位人員到外單位參觀學習、聯系工作、了解情況或出席某種會議等所寫的一種書信。介紹信具有介紹和證明的作用。使用介紹信，可以使對方了解來人的身份和目的，以便得到對方的信任和支持。語言注意點介紹信應措辭禮貌得體，對被介紹人的說明應簡潔明了、重點突出。
2、正文主要有三個部分：
1. 說明被介紹人的身份；
2. 提出希望收信人做的事情；
3. 如果是請收信人關照被介紹人，表示感謝；如果是請收信人與被介紹人共同工作，則對合作表示樂觀。

Sample
